be alarmed that California’s animal shelters are filled to the brim with discarded Chihuahhuas. We adore animal rights types but simply blaming Hollywood for the glut is purposeless. Rather, Legman calls for action: airlift these nervous barking machines to where they are appreciated. We’re thinking the South Bronx and Koreatown.
